God's Plan of Salvation for You!

The greatest need of every person is to know Jesus as Savior. Jesus Christ, God's Son, was with God the Father before the world was created. He became human and lived among us as Jesus of Nazareth. He came to reveal the Father. He lived a perfect life, ministered to people in need, died on a cross to pay the penalty for our sins, and rose again to make possible our salvation. Jesus is the only source of eternal life. He is available to you today because God raised Him from the dead.

Here are some steps you can take to accept Him and become a Christian.

1. Admit your need for Him and the salvation He offers. You are a sinner. Isaiah 53:6; Romans 3:10. Sin separates you from God. Isaiah 59:2; Romans 3:23. You cannot save yourself.  Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5; Romans 4:4-5.
2. Understand that God sent His Son, Jesus to remove the barrier of sin between you and Himself. 1 Peter 2:24; Romans 5:8; 2 Corinthians 5:21.
3. Recognize the love He showed for you by dying in your place. God loves you! John 3:16; Ephesians 2:4-5.
4. Express sorrow for your sin by repenting, which means turning from your sin to God – by faith, believe Him and accept Him as your Lord and Savior.  John 14:6; Acts 16:31; Romans 10:9-10.

If you received Him by faith, Jesus saved you. Tell someone! a Christian friend, a pastor or  contact us. This is just the first step of your life-long relationship with Jesus Christ. Begin now to read your Bible and pray faithfully, follow the Lord in baptism and become an active member of a Bible-believing church.
